1. Sometimes I have got a strong vaginal flow. It comes suddenly and lasts for a couple of days, then disappears just as fast as it came. The consistence of it is like some kind of gel or slaver. It doesnt have a diffenet smell, but it looks abnormal to me. What can I do against it? Shall I go to the doctor, or is this type of vaginal flow normal?

Vaginal flow on a certain level is a normal healthy reaction. f it comes suddelny with a great amount, or it lasts till a long time, it might be patholoIgical as well. Even if flow’ consistence or smell is different than anyway, it may derive from a wide range of causes, from a „simple” allergic reaction to congential immune desease. If this problem always returns in a certain time period, I definitely recommend a severe gynaecological exemination at your doctor.
2. I have been on Diane antibaby pill for 9 years, and now I want to come off for the first time because we are planning to have a baby with my husband. How much time do I need to clear out from the pill? Can I fasten this process by taking some kind of probaby vitamin? What do you recommend?

3. I frequently have got serious candida infections that cremes - without prescription available in pharmacies are not effective against it at all. 4. I like doing sports very much, and so I attend yoga or bellydancing often, 3-4 times a week. After exercise, especially during my period unpleasant smells and wet feel becomes very strong so I feel the need of frequent wash. However having a shower by any chemicals dries out my vagina and makes it more sensitive, not to mention that I catch infections more easily this way. What’s your suggestion?
